“ Gourmet hotdogs are pretty good. Friendly staff, would definitely come back. I ordered a Chicago dog, vegetarian dog, onion rings and their homemade chips are delicious. ”
“ Wanted to try something different so we stopped by here. I ordered the Snoop Dog with Fried Brussels Sprouts. The Snoop Dog was flavorful, especially with the maple honey mustard. Their Fried Brussels Sprouts were the best brussels sprouts I've ever had. They were crunchy and had a tasty balsamic glaze over it. It was a pretty large portion and I ate the whole thing by myself. Cool place! ”
“ Great dogs Chicago close to the real deal An annual stop on way to wineries On tap beers good too ”
“ A Surprisingly Delicious Find at The Wurst Restaurant! My cousin was visiting from the East Coast, so we decided to drive north and catch up for a few hours. Once we arrived at Healdsburg, however, rain began to fall. With limited options due to the weather and time of day, The Wurst Restaurant caught our eye as the closest appealing choice. The rain and the hour had subdued the atmosphere, leaving only two occupied. A few young people were working at the counter and attending the tables. My cousin, a trained culinary expert, always takes the lead on ordering, and I am always happy with the outcome. The young man serving us was glad to answer his questions. My cousin ordered us a couple of beers and two of their Signature Sausages (though the specific varieties escape me!). We split them in half, exchanging a piece of each to enjoy both flavors. The sausages were delicious, perfectly complemented by the beers we chose. We both wholeheartedly agreed it was a good choice. Just writing about it makes my mouth water -how good they were! My curiosity about the restaurant's origins was piqued, so I did some online research and found an interesting article from the Chronicle dating back to 2011. Founded by Charles Bell, the restaurant had an unexpected backstory. Originally from Michigan, Bell had been the bass player for a rock band called MC5 before relocating to Healdsburg twelve years prior. He initially pursued a career in finance, but a cancer diagnosis prompted him to follow his true passion, leading to the birth of The Wurst. The restaurant has a pleasant ambiance, the beer is refreshingly cold, and the sausages are delicious. If you find yourself in Healdsburg, give The Wurst Restaurant a try! ”
“ Best "dog friendly" beer garden! The Wurst Restaurant is a must-visit for anyone craving delicious sausages and burgers paired with a wide selection of beers and wines. A perfect local spot with the best "dog friendly" beer garden conveniently located right off of the Healdsburg Square. The menu includes a variety of tasty options, including vegetarian choices, and the house-made chips, veggie smash burger, and Mediterranean salad were all excellent. The welcoming atmosphere, great food, and extensive drink offerings make The Wurst Restaurant a fantastic dining experience. Service: Amazing!! Thank you Trinity general manager and Christian. You made our visit a must revisit!! ”
“ A little difficult to find parking cause you're downtown. The place definitely gets busy, but there's also outdoor seating that you can find. People are super friendly. You find your own seating and you order yourself and get a number. They have beer as well. Personally, the hotdogs had so much going on that I couldn't fully enjoy it. Very messy and I couldn't get the hotdog to stay somewhat together. I had to just give up and use a fork to it that way. The hotdogs do have a lot of flavor which I appreciated. If you like this kind of stuff, definitely give it a try, but I'm not sure it'll be my first choice. ”
